AZTEC DOBIE DAYS PICNIC & RESCUE PARADE
Spring/Summer is here! We are celebrating with Aztec’s Seventh Annual Dobie Days Picnic and Rescue Parade on Saturday, June 9th, starting at 11:00 a.m. at Harry Griffen Park (behind Grossmont High School).
9550 Milden Street – La Mesa
Come spend some time with other Dobermans and their owners or find out what Aztec is all about, come out and enjoy some good food and great weather – you won’t be disappointed!
AND….we will have a “mini-agility course”, “teach your dog a trick” lessons and a photographer for “special photo shoots”!
We will also be hosting our Annual Rescue Parade. This is a salute and a small token of our appreciation to all the people who have given our rescue dogs a second chance at life.
If you have rescued an Aztec dog and plan on attending, please be sure to RSVP so that we can order a ribbon for you.
The Club will provide the meat and refreshments. However, we do ask that Aztec members bring some sort of side dish like potato/macaroni/fruit salad, cole slaw, chips, dips, cookies, cupcakes, etc.
Let’s get outside and enjoy the Spring/Summer weather with friends and family. All members, family and friends are welcome (dogs and people).
RSVP to Lynda Beck-Smith so we know how much food to get. You can reach Lynda at firstname.lastname@example.org.
PLEASE bring your own chairs as we might not have enough.
